Parcels get handed over to our courier partners on Mondays for the time being and take between 1-3 business days to be delivered once collected. Please email if you require urgent delivery, and a plan can be made to accommodate your needs. Please do not contact our social media channels regarding your orders, as messages can often go unseen.

Your purchase from DAMP validates the following shipping agreements:

• Customer agrees they have provided a correct and secure mailing address.
• Customer agrees not to hold DAMP  responsible for a package that is lost or damaged by the courier service.
• Customer agrees DAMP  is not responsible for any package that is stolen from the customer's address.
• If your package is lost in transit (very rare, though it does happen), you agree DAMP will not be held responsible if the tracking information says the package was “delivered".
• Due to the nature of our products, NO returns, refunds, or exchanges can be made after an order has been shipped unless you have received the incorrect order

LOCAL PICKUP

Free collection is available from our workshop in Observatory, Cape Town from Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 12:00 PM - 16:00 PM

PACKAGING

In aid of our efforts to reduce our contribution to waste and the general use of plastic and unnecessary packaging, all our solid products are packaged in recyclable paper boxes.

Parcels are packaged in brown biodegradable boxes, filled with biodegradable crinkle paper. Our mailers are compostable, plastic-free, and carbon-negative. Please note that the document sleeve is not biodegradable so kindly please recycle.
